XPANDMUX™ ST-MX-8O SWITCH EXPANSION UNIT

The XPANDMUX ST-MX-xO Switch Expansion Unit is used to combine up to 16 NODEMUX ST-nXm-U Universal Matrix KVM Switches together to create a total capacity of eight users and 512 computers--all with true non-blocking matrix switching.

All users can access any computer at any time without interfering with each other. You can add switches as your operation grows instead of replacing them. On Screen Display (OSD) is standard on 4, 8 and 16 port models (not available on 2-port model).

Keyboard & Mouse

Female 8 pin miniDIN connectors.
User devices can be PS/2, SUN or MAC.

Monitor

Crisp & clear 1900x1200 resolution.
A multiscan VGA monitor is required.
Female 15 pin HD connectors.
Bandwidth is 150 MHz

Power

110 or 220 VAC at 50 or 60 Hz via AC adapter.

Box Configuration

Unit configured via DIP switches on front panel for PS/2, SUN, MAC keyboard & mouse
User keyboard & mouse must be of the same platform as defined above.

On Screen Display

Standard on 4, 8 and 16 port models. Not available on 2 port model.

Rackmount Option

Add "-R" to part number for a rackmount in a 19" case.
